The New England Public Safety Showcase is an in-person, hands-on event around mission-critical communications hitting the road for 2022. Police, dispatch, and fire agencies throughout New England will be invited to an event near them to learn about interoperability, security, and other technology trends. A live demonstration of an operational mobile communications center will be at each event.
NEPSS is an invitation-only event.

Systems Specialist, ALL-COMM
Delvis has over 20 years' experience in the installation, programming, and service of land mobile communications systems and vehicle warning lighting and sirens. He has extensive experience in public safety communications systems and is a Certified Senior Electronics Technician, R56 Certified Installer, Zetron Certified Technician, Tait Certified, Motorola MCC7500 Trained, and fiber optic interface specialist.
CEO/Chairman, Mutualink
Mark Hatten has more than 35 years of experience in building businesses in the telecommunications, electronics and enterprise software industries. Mr. Hatten brings a track record of success, and an in-depth understanding of both service and technology companies.
Mr. Hatten founded and was Chief Executive Officer of a cellular company, a cellular location technology company and a land mobile radio (LMR) company prior to launching Mutualink in 2007.
Statewide Interoperability Coordinator
John oversees statewide interoperability coordination as it relates to Federal, State, County, and local government, as well as non-governmental agencies and the private sector. He currently coordinates activities critical to statewide Public Safety communications, the development of Broadband Planning, working in partnership with FirstNet, and assisting to facilitate the deployment of the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network in New Hampshire.
Chief, Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid
Jonathan works as the Chief Coordinator for the Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid District, based out of Laconia, NH. LRMFA provides professional all hazard Fire/EMS Dispatching, Mutual Aid Coordination, and other services to its 35 member communities
NEPSS will also be hosting a food drive for the NH Food Bank. Attendees and anyone else looking to donate food to NH residents in need are encouraged to drop food off before, during, or after the event.
